An appealing option for guests who are in search of finer flavors, The Steak House’s American style dishes are prepared with prime cuts of beef that are aged for 29 days before being served.
Each of our guests are served an Amous Bouchs, such as Sea Bass Wrapped in Vine Leaf, Salmon Mousse, Seafood Vou la Vent as a special offering from the chef, as well as a different sorbet every day before the main course. The Beef Carpaccio, Classic Porterhouse Steak, and Grilled Fillet Mignon with their specially prepared sauces appeal both to the tastebuds and the eyes of our guests.
The Steak House menu offers a rich variety of dishes that satisfy a wide range of tastes such as Grilled Lobster Tail, Lobster Bisque, Sea Food Cake, Grilled Salmon, French Onion Soup, and Seared Quail.
Among bakery items we especially recommend Focaccio and Pesto Bread as accompaniments to your meal.
Choices for desserts include Orange and Cheese Mousse, German Chocolate Cake, Triple Crème Brule, and New York Cheesecake.
The Steak House boasts the most extensive wine list of all dining establishments in Cyprus for discerning guests. The wine cellar at The Steak House has something to suit every budget with a stock of more than a hundred different labels from France, Italy, Chile, Argentina, Australia, the United States, in addition to favorites from Turkey.

The Steak House is located on the Lobby floor of the Mercure Hotel and is open between the hours of 7:00 pm and 11:30 pm.
